REFUND POLICY:

There are no refunds, transfers or exchanges for classes.

DESCRIPTION OF CLASS LEVELS:

All - This level is accessible to MOST students

Mixed Level - Various abilities can attend and the instructor will show modifications if necessary, and /or ways to make it more edgy.

Level 1 - Basic yoga for beginning yoga students.

Level 1-2 - For those who have some prior knowledge and experience with yoga.

Level 2 - Prior experience or a willingness to modify if necessary (not typically appropriate for beginners).

Level 2-3 - For those who want to work at a difficult pace and have  experience.

Level 3 - Recommended that you have had extensive yoga experience and are comfortable at a Level 2-3 class.

Please note it is difficult to tell someone what level is appropraite for him/her.If you are not sure what class is appropriate for you, please speak to the instructor. If you have little yoga experience, you should start out at a basic level, even if physically fit. Yoga is rigorous at any level. Even experienced yogin(i)s attend basic level classes.





Class Instructors Level Description
Anusara (this is a pre-register offering unless you have taken it before, and then you may drop-in) Joe all We start with a brief background of Hatha Yoga, begin learning the five Universal Principles of Alignment of Anusara Yoga and work to understand how the practice of asanas (postures) can enhance your life.
Open Studio  led by students (Brian) all This is an opportunity for students to utilize the studio for their own practice. Anyone can attend, and it is on a donation basis Sat. from 8-10 am



Basic Yoga & All Level Yoga Jacci  1 Through the use of props, alignment cues and modifications we will both nurture the raw begginer or encourage more experienced students to explore their edge.
Core Yoga Flow Anna 1-2 Learn to access your inner power with thoughtful, innovative and playful flow focused on developing core strength in body and mind. Therapeutic yoga principles will also be woven into class to build a healthier you, inside and out.



Flow Yoga  Spencer & Lia & Brian 1-2 The class uses the breath to link the various yoga postures together in a flow style.
Kundalini Bob all Kundalini, “the yoga of awareness”. Through mantra, meditation, and exercise, you will develop your relationship to your creative potential. Come calm your mind and awaken your spirit.
Hatha Yoga Ethan  1-2  A combination of yoga postures that are presented in a way that encourages both flexibility, endurance and some strength so that balance ensues. Hatha meaning to balance the right and left sides of the body.
Power Hour Rosie 2 This class is a vinyasa flow style. The class is very intense and the postures will assist with flexibility, strength and endurance. It is fun... be prepared to sweat.
Pilates Kris all A series of exercises designed to increase core strength, alleviate low back pain, improve posture, and lengthen and strengthen muscles throughout the body.
 
 
T'ai Chi (these are pre-register classes for 12 weeks) Paul all The Yang (short) form was developed by Cheng Man-ch’ing, and consists of 37 postures. The beginning and intermediate levels are taught.






Yin Yoga Kristine 1-2 Yin style of yoga incorporates longer held poses that are geared toward opening up the meridians between the knees and hips. This style is thought to reach the deeper connective tissue and provides a more meditative, cooling effect, breathing and relaxation included.
Yoga Satsang (this is a DONATION offering) Ryan all Satsang is a gathering of individuals seeking to understand spiritual philosoophy. We will learn about the Yoga tradition by studying the Sutras & other yogic texts as well as learning Kriya Meditation techniques as taught by Paramahansa Yogananda.

 ALL CLASSES ARE $10.00 FLAT FEE DROP IN STYLE UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED

YOU MAY GIVE YOUR INSTRUCTOR MORE THAN THE $10.00, AND NO-ONE WILL EVER BE TURNED AWAY BASED UPON INABILITY TO PAY. WE BARTER.
